Something in the app

Email hello@acaso.place with what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Someone at a plan or in a chat

Report them from their profile in the app: open the profile, then the flag. From a chat, hold their message; after a plan, open the plan. Reporting blocks them for you at once, and the person reported is never told who reported them. A serious report pauses their account straight away. If you are in danger, call the emergency services first.

Your account is paused

The app tells you why. If you think it is a mistake, email hello@acaso.place from the app's paused screen, so your ID comes with it, and we will look again.

Your account and your data

Delete your account from Settings; everything you posted goes with it. Change who can find you, or hide from Nearby, in Settings. What we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
